I lived in 823 room for 6 nights, some opinions I made for this trip.
1. Location L7 is good, you can go shopping and dining whenever you wish to.
2.Staffs in L7 are nice and efficient. They are helpful and communicate with you smoothly in English at front desk.
3. However their hardware like carpet and flushing system is not good in condition. I called two times for repairing flushing system. The walls and carpet need to replace or renovate.
4. Nearby L7, there are some construction sites. Noise is a bit affect the lower floor room, especially in the early morning.

非常滿意，因為凌晨機到步，清晨到達后在21樓lounge休息到早上便能付費提前check-in，收費合理，安排有彈性。房間很整潔，三人房空間還行，勉強能每個人打開自己行李，隔音很好，連開關門聲音都不太能聽到，這點很贊。總體而言，將來價格合適會繼續選擇這家酒店。

弘大地鐵1號出口行幾分鐘就到 方便去其他地方 今次三人入住八樓的房間也很大 可以一次開到我們的20，24，26寸行李箱 床及枕頭也很舒適 房間溫度也可自己調教冷暖氣（我入住時間為一月頭） 不知為何每天都會添加盒裝紙巾 就算紙巾還余很多 我住4天就有四盒 不是說它不好 只是房間只有一張不大的工作枱 我們的物件也沒足夠位置放 三人房椅子只有一張 明顯不夠 要吃東西時無可奈何地要坐在床上吃? 浴室有浴缸 但擋水沒做很出 沖涼時水會灑到刷牙位置 每次刷牙時地下也是濕濕的 我住的房間正對面有興建工程 每天七時就開始施工（真的有夠早） 還好噪音沒有很大 ?所以也沒有影響到對聲音不敏感的家人

已經多次入住，酒店位置非常好，弘大地區購物和地鐵出行都非常方便，酒店距離有電梯的地鐵1號出口近，來往機場乘搭機場大巴非常方便，上落車站近酒店。
酒店房間方面，入住過不同的房型，相比之下更喜歡非地氈的房間。
另外，第一次連續入住超過兩天，可以加入樂天會員得到小禮物，Olive young拆價券，還有非常方便好用的wowpass。更多的介紹我會放在IG lemon_dayday
(唯一小缺點是因為酒店大堂在21樓，繁忙時間時??電梯使用時間有點久，入住幾次期間試過一次乘搭到中層時電梯短暫故障門關不起來）?

Hotel is located very conveniently next to exit 1 of Hongik Uni station along with many shops and eateries. The hotel lobby has an area filled with amenities such as chess, pool table and some seats for guests to chill. My teenagers children truly enjoyed the stay.

酒店不錯很方便，但是冬天很冷要去cu也要走隔好幾家店

Nice check in counter at 21/F, nice city view. The room is little small if for family, great location.

Very small rooms. There is no wardrobe. The furniture is very basic. There is no desk to work at because there is no space between the bed and the table. There is no reception at the hotel entrance level, so you have to manage your luggage on your own and find your way to the reception on the 21st floor, as there is very little information on the ground floor. Considering that we paid EUR 240 per night for two adults and one child per room, I think it is an absolute rip-off and I do not recommend it at all. That said, the location is fantastic.

We stayed the largest room, and all of us felt relaxed and happy to stay here for 3 nights. I’m sure that I’ll choose L7 hotel HONGDAE again if we visit Seoul next time. Thanks~
